Dr. ENOLIA FOTI is an award-winning International Keynote Speaker and Author, Global Influencer, Social Entrepreneur, and Multi-Award-winning Life/Business Coach. A serious advocate for Youth, Enolia was awarded International Peace Ambassador from the United Nations, an Ambassador for Human Rights by the Secretary-General from the World Assembly for Peace, and an award for Human Rights and Ambassadorship from the International Interdisciplinary Innovation Center of Life “Alliance of the People of the World”. She has been conferred with a Doctorate in International Peace by the World Federation for Development, Freedom, and Peace, an institution of utmost significance, officially registered at the United Nations. Additionally, she has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate – Doctor of Humanities Honoris Causa (Joint Award) from the Good Samaritan Theological Seminary Inc. and the United Nature International Peace Organization. Dr. Foti is also a member of the United Business Womens Association and the World Business Council committed to enhancing global trade, business cooperation, and economic development worldwide.

She is the founder and CEO of ENOLIA, LLC. (USA), the co-founder of Easy Step Group Management Consulting of the (UK ), and is the co-founder, and CEO of Expressions of Humanity Foundation (USA), which provides emergency humanitarian aid, and promotes global activism and life skill training to underserved communities. She leverages education, media, and technology to build a global exchange of accessible knowledge, culture, and essentials.

Dr. Foti holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and an MBA from Regis University, where she graduated Suma Cum Laude from her class and received a lifetime membership and award from the Alpha Sigma Nu Honor Society. Her 20-plus years navigating the dynamics of the corporate world fortified her with top-tier leadership development, corporate coaching, and various certifications including, but not limited to, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt & DMAIC Methodology for Performance Excellence, PMP Project Management certification, ISO9000 certification, Function Points Counter, Global Process Owner, Program Management, IT Manufacturing Management, Vendor Management, Operations Management, and Portfolio Management. Additionally, Dr. Foti holds several IT certifications, has networked entire IT solutions for global organizations in both profit and non-profit sectors, and served as Vice President and President on multiple boards of directors.

Dr. Enolia Foti is an award-winning Leadership and Women’s Empowerment Coach, Advocate, and established Programming. Enolia is the creator of the Master Class Empower, Achieve, Succeed (EAS)Through Self Mastery Online Master Classes and Coaching Certification program. The EAS approach is based on Enolia’s own self-mastery methodology.

Author of “ENOLIA: Finding My Sovereign Voice with My Grandmother Elder”, a self-help memoir combined with a workbook journal called “ENOLIA: Discover Your Sovereign Self”, Enolia established her foundation by studying with indigenous teachers from Native American, Native Canadian, African, New Zealand, South American, and Europe worldwide. She is also the author of “The 7 Principals of Self-Mastery” and “Know Thyself – A 30-Day Program to Conscious Living.”

A natural orator, Dr. Enolia Foti harmonizes corporate experience with a broad knowledge base that includes many traditions worldwide. To motivate and inspire others to reach their goals, she shares the ancient wisdom she gained under the tutelage of Indigenous elders from the Ojibwa, Lakota, Yaqui, Hopi, Apache Nation of North America, Mapuche of Chile, Mayan and Toltec of Mexico, Waitaha of New Zealand, Amazonian of Brazil, and Luhya of Kenya. She is also an initiate of the Ovimbundu of Angola and a formally recognized member of the Q’eros Indian Tribe of Peru as a keeper of their cosmological traditions. She imparts her gifts to inspire and empower the soul by sharing her cumulative knowledge of ancient practices and teachings up through the present day. Dr. Enolia Foti walks her path as a teacher, counsel, and healer from the lessons of these elders. Enolia is a Spiritual Leader and is an initiated Matriarch given the title Grandmother Elder by the Ojibwe tribal nation.
